Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you sell cards to us.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Agreement to these terms

By using therarepull.co.uk or sending cards to The Rare Pull, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or send us cards.

What we do

The Rare Pull buys bulk Pokémon cards from collectors, players, and shops in the UK, either by card category or by total weight, as described on our Calculator page.

Quotes are estimates

Totals from the Calculator are estimates based on the information you provide. They aren't a binding offer. Once we receive and check your cards against your quote, we'll confirm the final amount — this may differ slightly from the estimate based on actual condition, or (for weighed collections) what's inside once we sort it.

What we accept

We currently buy mixed English-language Pokémon card collections. We don't accept:

  • Energy cards
  • Non-English cards

We reserve the right to decline all or part of a submission, for example if it doesn't match what was quoted or contains cards outside what we buy.

Sending your cards

You're responsible for packaging your cards securely and for choosing a suitable, trackable shipping method. We'll confirm sending instructions with you directly once your quote is agreed.

Payment

We pay by bank transfer. Once your cards arrive and we've checked them against your quote, payment goes out within a few business days.

Changes to pricing

Rates shown on the Calculator page can change at any time and apply to quotes generated after the change — they don't affect a quote you've already agreed with us.

Free Daily Spin ("Spin to Win")

These terms apply specifically to the free daily spin wheel on our homepage, in addition to the general terms above.

Entry

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • Open to individuals aged 18 or over, resident in the UK.
  • One spin per person, per calendar day. We enforce this using your email address and other technical information about your visit (such as your IP address) — using multiple email addresses, automated tools, VPNs, or any other method to spin more than once per day is against these terms.
  • Odds of winning are fixed per spin (currently 1 in 10,000) and set by us; they don't depend on how many people enter.

Prize

  • The prize is a "Fun Pack" as described on the spin wheel page at the time of entry. We may substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at our discretion.
  • There is no cash alternative.
  • If you win, we'll email you and show an on-screen form to collect your name and delivery address. You can also submit these via the link in your winner email.
  • You must submit your delivery details within 90 days of winning, or the prize may be forfeited.

Fair use and suspicious activity

We run automated checks to keep this fair for everyone. If we reasonably believe an entry or win involved fraud, abuse, bots, or an attempt to circumvent the one-spin-per-day limit, we may disqualify the entry, withhold the prize, and/or block further entries from that email address or device — even if a win has already been confirmed to you.

Your email address

We use your email address to run the draw, enforce the one-spin-per-day limit, and contact you if you win. If you tick the optional box to hear about future offers, we'll also use your email for marketing — but only if you've opted in, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We don't sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Changes and cancellation

We may change these terms, the prize, or the odds, or end the free daily spin altogether, at any time without notice.

Liability

We provide the Calculator and quotes in good faith but can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
